Your profile, your rules

Businesses use Koo Skill to find cover fast. You decide what they see.

You own your profile. Licences, training and preferences travel with you between businesses. Each business sees only what you allow, and you can change it any time.
You see why. Every shift offer explains why you were chosen, and you can read why you weren’t.
You can fix mistakes. Dispute a record or credential; it stops counting while it’s reviewed, and the business must give you a reason.
Saying no is fine. Declining never counts against you, and sick leave and family emergencies are never held against you.
Your location is yours. Shared only if you switch it on for a shift you accepted, only until you arrive, and deleted when you stop.
You choose how to be reached: in the app, email, WhatsApp or Slack. Businesses never see your number.
