Your active team members. Former staff are free, so keeping a bench of people who can cover never raises your bill.
Is anything held back on the free plan?
No feature is hidden. The only limit is team size. If you grow past 5 you’ll be asked to choose a plan, and your data stays visible and safe if you decide not to.
